Each programs intended to deliver certain competencies to students, which is  essential for perform the targeted Job after the course. In the same line of logic, for studying each course a threshold standard of knowledge and psychology is essential. Most of the selection or filter tests are developed to check whether the aspirant have the basic essential to study that course

For all courses normally two stage selection process is carried out

stage1

This step consist of various type of entrance tests both Objective and descriptive. Following are the major tests GMAT, CAT, CMAT, MAT, KMAT, GATE, ENG AND MEDICAL

How to prepare for GMAT, CAT, CMAT, MAT, KMAT, GATE, ENG AND MEDICAL  ?

Score good points by following a systematic step

  1. Plan about the test at least 6 months before>
  2. Give importance to all sections of exams while preparing
  3. First three months spend 45 minutes per day for each section
  4. Learn techniques and short cuts to crack questions in the entire syllabus [1st three months]
  5. Next two months spend 1 hour per day for each section and do maximum questions
  6. Learning by doing more problems after by hearting all formulas and shortcuts [next 2 months]
  7. Last month completely given to answer question paper models
  8. Do at least two questions papers per day [if that much QPs are not available create your own by marking required questions from each part of the syllabus]
  9. Familiarise with mode of exam[off or on line mode] two weeks before and if possible practise

Some institutes keep a cut off score in after the first step but many combine with the scored obtained with various other test

In this step aspirants do direct contact or demonstrate the skill sets in front of the  evaluators.

Test includes Group Discussions, Interviews etc
